Rockwall Programs is a life long vision shared by two friends; Marlow Rockwell and Seneca Wallace.

"As youth in Sacramento,we struggled with minimal resources and obstacles in our personal lives. We were fortunate to have youth programs, and mentors to guide us on how to become successful individuals. We knew one day we would pay it forward and focus our efforts on the next generation to build the leaders of tomorrow."

Marlow Rockwell currently works as an educational outreach coordinator and coach at Arkansas Baptist College.

He played basketball and football at Angelo State University and is a California native. He and his wife Christina Rockwell currently work in Little Rock, and have three beautiful children together.

Seneca Wallace is a former NFL player and currently resides in Texas.

After a successful college football career at Iowa State, Seneca played for the Seattle Seahawks, GreenBay Packers, Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, and San Francisco 49ers. He and his wife Abbie have two children together.   Aside from his football endeavors, Seneca dedicates his time towards raising awareness for multiple myeloma, and his successful business ventures.
